in an MTA uniform?

If you read whole thread before replying, you'd know that it isn't a correct MTA uniform. You also would have known what this was all about before asking your "who is this" question.

This kid needs help, before he becomes another Darius.

He's already been caught, and is presumably on someone's radar. How do you know the action pictured was unauthorized? And how do you know it didn't happen prior to the rollsign incident?
