I understand your point and I agree with your putting the probability of the proverbial best of his possible worlds at about "certainly improbable" too.Some of the reasons for the quite low probability have to do with the combination of the knock-off uniform AND the apparent trespass. I have to make one further observation, though, as respects one part of your point, If he obtained permission to sit at this non-operating position, there would be nothing wrong with his wearing his costume. It seems to me that he would have to affirmatively declare to person granting permission (an unlikely event in itself) that his uniform wasn't genuine, and he's doing this for a shot. When you multiply those two small fractions together....... |
