If he were to wear an MTA uniform to a Halloween party it would probably not be an issueYep that's like the Mr. and Mrs. Claus example that I gave in a post. but in a motorman's cab he is causing others to act in reliance on the pretense since he is causing them to believe he has the right to be there. Indeed; that sort of reasoning is exactly why I think that it's likely that he violated the law. |
