I read the whole thread, right from the start. Short of there being any explanation from the people involved, there is nothing there for us but conjecture. You don't know the facts and neither do I. But it's my opinion that there's no reason for the person to be in that cab. The only persons to be allowed access to a cab are those in performance of their duties. This person is an unauthorized person in the cab. He is trespassing. And because the MTA patch on his shirt is on the wrong shoulder, it is not an official TA shirt. This person is impersonating a TA employee. Maybe just for the sake of the photo, but still impersonating a TA employee. No ifs, ands or buts. Do you know that the person in the photo is a TA employee? I don't.
