I read the whole thread, right from the start. Short of there being any explanation from the people involved, there is nothing there for us but conjecture. You don't know the facts and neither do I.

Exactly. So quit thinking you know what's going on in this photo. You don't. If you really want to know, you'll submit the photo to NYCT and to the NYPD and ask them to investigate. If they agree to, and it results in charges, then you'll know what happened.

This person is impersonating a TA employee. Maybe just for the sake of the photo, but still impersonating a TA employee
