Indeed; that sort of reasoning is exactly why I think that it's likely that he violated the law.Right. His being in the cab legally is certainly improbable but it is nonetheless possible. If he obtained permission to sit at this non-operating position, there would be nothing wrong with his wearing his costume. This is the point I (and others) have been trying to make, but it's been misinterpreted as condoning his actions, or else legitimizing MTA employee impersonation. |
