False. Show me the law or SHUT THE FUCK UP.

And the fact that he was IN in unauthorized area of TA property IN a TA uniform, justifies as Impersonation.

False, you have NO PROOF that he was in an unauthorized area. He very may well have had the permission of a TA employee to be there for that photo. Or he may not have. So STFU until you find out one way or the other. Obviously you don't care. You get your jollies from condemning others before you know the whole story.
