It's permission granted after the person says, 'By the way, this isn't an official uniform, although it kind of looks like one. I'm not an MTA employee. I want this permission so that I can ________ and snap a photo.'At this point, the chances of such permission being granted sink like a stone. Even some of the odd 1% or maybe even less than that of employees who don't actually have the authority to grant that request are going to do a double take when they hear that. At that point, you're basically talking about finding Robert Ray's contemporary. |
