The real issue here is that he's in a restricted area, MTA costume notwithstanding. That's an issue I have already addressed. I stated that it is not known at this time whether he was there with or without permission. So people condemning him without this knowledge are idiots. If it turns out he was trespassing, then condemn him all you want. |
