1. I am certain he did not read it, and instead prejudged it. That's not a good thing, but it doesn't make him a racist.

Maybe, but when a cartoon promoting racial equality sets you on edge to the point of prejudgement, you dismiss its message as "nonsense and propaganda" and reiterate your claim when asked to confirm it, it's hardly unreasonable for someone to think you're a racist.

2. He believes that white people were created by a mad scientist.

Really? Where'd he say that? O.o
