They could be perfectly accurate representations of what Salaam believes, they could be willful misinterpretations, or they could be made up. Considering that Bingbong's statement: "If a jury nullifies and their verdict is upheld on appeal, the appellate court's ruling becomes precedent" somehow got mutated into: "If a jury nullifies, the law is instantly changed to match their opinions" in the minds of certain people who hate Bingbong, I will be needing sources so I can evaluate Salaam's actual words in context. All you need to do is search his posts and you will see every example I listed. You're the one making the claim, you're the one expected to support it. |
