The closest anyone can offer was a link to a post where Bingbong appears to explain the concept of jury nullification— juries can and occasionally have rendered verdicts not based on the facts or law and accusing such a jury of "making up the law" isn't entirely unfair— they haven't passed any legislation, but they took the law into their own hands and people who take the law into their own hands can be fairly accused of "making up the law."She called it precedent. That implies she believes that jury nullification makes new law. It doesn't. |
