Their parents SHOULD be responsible and PROVIDE water and electricity to their kids. If they cannot afford it, then they shouldn't spit them out in the first place.I very much agree with that statement. However, once the kids have been spat out, they are people in their own right. Are you claiming that children - who have no control over their situation and certainly didn't choose it - should be denied food, water, and electricity because their parents can't provide it? Yes, it may have been irresponsible of the parents to reproduce under the circumstances, but why should the children suffer for having been born? |
