At most, it could only be Albany trains lacking a staffed cafe car. I don't see Amtrak deadheading via New Rochelle to get back and forth to Sunnyside to get anything else provisioned or maintained on a daily basis, not just a one-off, which has happened. Then MN has to have DM's available for lease, at least south of Harmon.The equipment for the 280 series train sets may cycle with some Albany trains, so those Albany trains would be excluded as well. |
