CSX, now run by Hunter Harrison, would have a baby.Yeh, they could run the Keystones to Hoboken. 5 car trains taking up station slots in the rush is quite annoying and inefficient. Penn-DOT might scream bloody murder though, not understanding anything. Amtrak could voucher them onto PATH. The Cardinal should be combined with another train. Lucky if it gets a couple of dozen people on board out of NYPS in the morning. But the NARP foamers would whine about that. They don't know what slots and congestion is here in civilization. |
