More accurately every Empire train they remove is one more NJT train that won't be cancelled.I doubt it. The three agencies will have an agreement to share the pain, with each reducing rush hour trains by 25%. So Amtrak will need to cut some rush hour trains. Every train they can move to GCT is another train they don't need to cancel from their schedule. |
