What are you talking about ? You will throw everyone into the seat back ahead of them, give concussions, whiplash, knock out a lot of teeth, and they would have been even less able to self-evacuate.

No we cannot stop trains that fast and it would not have prevented this wreck, when the brakes were applied to reduce speed from 58 to 48 MPH.
