That's a relative thing. Compared to the rest of Africa South Africa is doing great. It's white population is pretty well off.

See this is why you should leave the racial stuff to me. Are you saying that problems with South Africa are due to black-led regime (and not say the end of Apartheid and oppression of blacks, granting them new freedoms)? What about the current government is "terroristic"?
