You have that now. Gas trucks with 12k gallon capacity are all over the roads. Theres no outcry to get rid of them. IIRC the get their gas from Meeker ave in Greenpoint or at the GATX outlet in Carteret NJ to serve the NY metro area and get right on the highways.
