If Obama was as vocal in his criticism of Abbas for his foot-dragging and repeated insistence on things that Israel cannot accept in a final peace agreement, this wouldn't be a big deal. Obama does not understand that in the Middle East, the best way to get things done is quietly, and making a scene before each meeting he has with Bibi won't produce the result he wants. Obama needs to learn how to do diplomacy on the terms of others and not necessarily his own, there is a reason many world leaders aren't big fans of Obama.
