New York State is a state that practices "caveat emptor" which means "Let the Buyer Beware". It is up to the BUYER to research where they are going to live and the surrounding neighborhood. It's their own fault if they "didn't see" the train yard, and it's a little yard to miss. And it's been there almost 150 years. The condos weren't. It's their own fault if they "flip out" in their new apartment. |
