Meanwhile, from the Pavonia-Newport section of Jersey City, there's a lawsuit against LeFrak and others for failing to disclose noise from a PATH transformer in a new development there .In that case, however, the homeowners are essentially suing for a refund, plus interest, of their purchase money. Sounds more to me like they felt that they got the short end of the stick, so they're going to try and undo the transaction. |
