There is also another related issue:1) Things that are not that difficult to find out - by the average person - vs 2) Things that are difficult for the average person to find out about, the basis of lemon laws, etc. It appears that most are saying that the train yard fits into the category of "things that the average person can find out about", as the basis for the rejection of the condo owners wishes. Plus the fact that most folks here like trains also adds to the fuel. Mike |
