Not helping matters, of course, is that SEPTA, WMATA, MBTA, and the TTC have all banned moving between cars (although SEPTA doesn't lock the doors between cars).Now, would a defense if someone is ticketed on the 3 that (s)he needed to get to the first 5 cars for 145 Street (or to South Ferry on the 1) be a valid defense? (The back part of trains at both stations DOES NOT OPEN.) |
