There is some congestion north of the loop; that's true.The new south Ferry project, ready next year, will eliminate the Loop's delays, but will not eliminate the other factor you saw. There are other steps the TA could take, in terms of turning trains in he northen part of the line and so on. There are other subchat posters who have proposedsome interesting solutions. |
