You'd think, particularly this time of year since it's been customary. I'm sure you already know, as well as a couple of my other buddies that most of THOSE actually aren't leapers, but medical conditions where they end up falling off. But no, lately, a LOT of people have been falling between cars. Therefore the blitz ... can't do much about suiciders, can't do much about medicals, but they feel they can at LEAST do something about the stupid to lower those numbers. :( |
