The perp in the article really didn't care whether he killed someone doing his pursesnatching or not. Honestly, this is someone who needs to be caught in the act doing it.True justrice would be in the officer's report: "Subject was seen grabbing at person's handbag and dress; victim fell and was being dragged. I shouted my identification but the suspect did not respond. I fired one shot from my service pistol, striking the suspect in the torso. Suspect underwent CPR on the platform but expired." |
