My information is different. I asked someone I know with NYPD about it, and got an answer *I* can respect. Yes, this year has suffered an unprecedented number of people "whizzing on the electric fence" and got thrown from their perch ... but then, you know everything and are an expert on EVERYTHING, so I'm "false" ... I asked for, and obtained fact from those who know WHY. Your excuse, mister know-it-all? :( |
