I'll definitly write one but want to know if any public hearings can be scheduled so that folks can express their venom against the proposed ban. I realize that no hearings are required to be held for proposed rulemaking, but I feel that we have the right to be heard.

I will in contact with a good friend of mine, John Fiorella, the General Counsel of the National Railway Hustorical Society and see what his thoughts on the subject are.
