I'm pretty sure that a form of protest can be thought up in such a way that is at least technically and arguably legal. While a motorbike (bicycle?) gathering was busted by cops enforcing "anti-crowd" laws (did you hear about this one?), the cops DID allow people biking "in ones and twos"... in other words, a dispersed protest might work. |
