New York does not HAVE "referendum, initiative, or recall." There is no mechanism to do that in the NYS Constitution other than begging your elected to do something about it. I've explained how our government is three men in a room and your OWN legislator doesn't even get to SEE the bills that they've already been told which way to vote on - "or else."The answer, unfortunately, is NO. Election's over. |
