OK, Subchat, so what about all the claims that there aren't any cars available to do this?

They've just promised an estimated extra 6 tph between Whitehall and 57th. That requires 50 cars that aren't supposed to exist.

And then when the SAS opens they need even more cars that don't exist to extend the Q to 96th.
