But even if the q doesn't go to astoria anymore, the w will, so you are still adding the length of a route from Whitehall to 57th, as you still will need the q running the length from lower Manhattan to 57th also. So even if the q will need less trains from 96th to 57th than it needed from Astoria to 56th, that train or two will cover Astoria to Whitehall? |
