You said that you can't be certain of his guilt but you have plenty of evidence for it. Salaam can't be absolutely certain of Zimmerman's guilt but he can happily provide you with a pile of evidence for it.

That sounds like agreement to me. The only difference is that you're stressing the uncertainty while he's stressing the evidence.
