I could write a book with all of bingbong's errors.OK, how about an OTChat post with three of them? A lot of what I have called her out on are blatant misstatements of the Constitution, Constitutional Law and overall statutory construction such as her lies about the Bill of Rights and her inability to grasp that a charge of Murder requires proving beyond a reasonable doubt all aspects of the law including the requisite mens rea. Specifics? Exactly what misstatements has she made? For what it's worth, I'm not entirely sure you understand what mens rea means. I could also point to her lack of knowledge about power windows... Power windows? Even if it happened, I'm pretty sure that mistakes on absurdly technical matters don't really prove someone is an idiot. Considering that she wrote an operating system, I'm sure she could grill you on many subjects for which you have no knowledge. ... and her attitude towards those who live south of Pennsylvania And her attitudes toward people south of Poughkeepsie, for that matter. Regional snark doesn't count. This doesn't mean anything unless she claimed that everyone south of Pennsylvania is literally an alien from a distant planet. (Only some of them are.) |
