Oh but don't worry— they don't hate black people! They treat everyone as an individual and accept or hate them on their merits, and they just happen to hate all black people for reasons that have nothing to do with race (but correlate with it perfectly by complete coincidence), so they're not really racists.I think the best summary of Bill or Dave's beliefs would be: "It's not fair to call me a racist! A racist is someone who hates all black people because they're black, but I hate all black people for reasons that have nothing to do with race!" |
