I know there is one track connection between the LIRR (NY & A) Bay Ridge Branch and the NYCT at Van Sinderen Ave just north of New Lots Ave., (does the LIRR [NY&A] do interchange with Linden Shop at Linden Blvd.

For quite a few years now, it is my understanding that these are no longer track connections, and the first two are now possible track connections. I am not sure about the Linden Shop's connection/possible connection.

Also, does MNRR connect to NYCT anywhere at all?

I don't think that it does.
