Why aren't people in Bushwick/Williamsburg/Ridgewood making noise about this to their city council reps?

'Tis possible the residents don't know about the Chrystie St Connector. You'd first have to sell the fact that the (M) CAN access 6th Ave this way, and THEN they would have incentive to make noise (direct access versus up to 2 transfers).

I agree that such a connection (and service) should be advertised and fought for.
