I proposed something similar a long time ago. The J and Z would turn north after Essex and run up the SAS. The M would run to Broad St. The T would run from Bay Parkway or 9th Ave (or Broad St. on weekends) and run up the SAS to Harlem. This would make the SAS far more useful to people outside the UES. |
