They weren't as bad in the early 70's as they were in the late 80's. Those are still the loudest cars I've ever had the displeasure of riding (though the pre-GOH R38's came close). I know the green R10's look great, but they were basically the same crap with a coat of pain on them. Flat wheels were a constant problem. I felt bad for the conductors assigned to them. |
