You aint kidding..I remember well when these cars came back to the J..I didnt like them much when they ran there before..nor on the Q.B lines..Face it..anywhere they went..was trouble. One thing though..the TA did rebuild one car back in the 80's updating it to modern standards[so to speak]..a TOTAL REBUILD..even the car ends were rebuilt for large rollsigns..R44 interior.. What happened to that programe..and why didnt they continue it with the 27/30's.. was it a weight issue? |
