Right, that's why he graduated magna cum laude from Harvard...

Perhaps his skin color played a role in that.

I don't understand why people think Obama is smart. He's demonstrated great naivety, ignorance and downright stupidity since the day he declared as a candidate for POTUS. W Bush may not know how to pronounce the word nuclear, but he demonstrated a wisdom and intelligence Obama has yet to display.
