Considering how small SI is population wise compared to the rest of the boros it's possible(don't know for sure)the ratio can still be 9-1 or close to it. That's 58% of a population of a little more than half million. Equals at most 400,000 votes for Trump from SI. Compared to the 77% of 2.6 million (kings county), 75% of 2.4 million (queens), 87% of 1.5 million of (NY and Bx counties) voting for Clinton.

Staten Island has always been Republican not
unexpected in the least.If one of the other NYC counties went for Trump THAT would have been newsworthy.
