But of course extreme ratios like even 6.5 to 1 are easily diluted.So if she took NYC 6.5 to 1 and was about even in the rest of the state (I'm not bothering to look it up because the exact numbers don't matter for my point), the rest of the state would be very roughly 8 to 8, and the sum would be 14.5 to 9, which is a far less extreme ratio. |
