Fool, there are political parties that provide campaign funds. There are fund raisers that raise funds. I've seen minority candidates that came from poor neighborhoods in Ft. Worth raise money and win. If there's a desire to run and you're running on the Republican or Democratic ticket, the Party will help the candidate raise funds.

Sheesh, you are ignorant about how the game is played, did you know that?
