I know that.

The way you worded it with adding the MCI's to a list of buses borrowed for Local Service, could make it seem to people who wouldn't know any better, that the MCI's were used for Local Service.

As for the re lettering of those MCI's, that was one thing I didn't understand, though the MTA probably had some reason for doing that.
