People come to look at condos in the area on weekends, when there is no train traffic and the streets are empty. Sales agents won't say, "Hey, on weekdays this area is a very busy transit hub".I would never buy a place after only seeing the area once. Even when renting an apartment, I like to visit the neighborhood a few times at 2 a.m. to see what it's like. |
