This excuse that "they didn't know" is ridiculous. Again, in NY State it's "let the buyer beware", meaning it's their OWN responsibility to research such things. If they don't, it's their own fault.And what exactly did they think all those tracks outside their "luxury" windows were? If it looks like a train yard, it's a train yard....and it's been there over 140 years.... |
