The only bad thing about those rubber-nosed things is that the diesel engined type has an automatic transmission arrangement similar to a bus rather than a hydraulic or electric transmission. When I have ridden them the shift quality is poor and the car jerks slightly when the shift is made. Apart from that they are OK.
