In recent years, the subway map has sought to reduce station name clutter, and maintain neighborhoods in select stations (especially terminals), so the station became Forest Hills - 71 Avenue. Oh really? Brooklyn College-Flatbush Ave? And all the other terminal names which now contain the more cluttered neighborhood names BEFORE the simple streets it they used to have? |
